Governance and Articles of Association
The Consorzio Stile Orafo Fiorentino operates through a defined organisational structure, based on representation, accountability and shared decision-making. Its governance ensures consistency between the objectives of protecting the Florentine Goldsmithing Style and the activities promoted by the Consortium.
Governance model
Il Consorzio si fonda su un sistema partecipativo che coinvolge gli aderenti nella definizione delle strategie e delle attività, assicurando equilibrio tra rappresentanza del settore, tutela del patrimonio orafo e sviluppo delle iniziative comuni.
Decisions are made in accordance with the Consortium’s Articles of Association and the principles of transparency and collaboration.
